I am honored to have won the last CTF. My citizens have shown an
extensive amount of effort to bring the Effigy back to Ashtan. I would
like to personally extend my thanks to both Mhaldorian and Hashani
citizens, to whom, we partially owe this victory.

I am disappointed in both Eleusis and Cyrene, who decided to join forces
with the likes of Shallam in order to procure victory. These acts are
not looked well upon by Ashtan. I advise that Cyrene and Eleusis will
rethink the idea of allying with Shallam in the future.

Cyrene, who tried to directly benefit from these alliances, is now my
main focus. Due to a high frequency of defending the city of Shallam
against myself and some of my citizens, Ashtan turns Her sights to you.
Your city will feel the wrath of Ashtan until Cyrene's citizens no
longer defend Shallam. My Generals and I have both been attacked by
Cyreni Senators repeatedly. I will not stand for this unacceptable
behavior. Shallam brings this fate upon themselves. This is not Cyrene's
burden. Stay out of our business with the Shallamese and apologize or
suffer the consequences. The recent month's raids have been a sample of
what is to come if Cyrene does not agree to my terms.
