A response

Sir Goryllin,

Old friend, I thought you knew me better. Lord Phaestus may indeed have
the ability to take my life, but I do not fear death. His power does
surpass that of mine, but that hardly makes him infallible. My request,
though heated, was not, I feel, without the appropriate respect that I
give everyone, mortals included. Was I wrong to assume that Lord
Phaestus can speak for himself in terms of his alignment?

I did threaten his Order but I do not quiver in fear of his wrath. I am
willing to lay down my life in defence of the Bastion and I shall never
throw down my sword just to appease a hostile God. Frankly, I only
sought a response for I did not wish to jump to conclusions based on
fallacies. Lord Phaestus may reply as he wishes, or not at all. I shall
not be offended.

In service,

Jaizsur Ta'sa

Penned by my hand on the 5th of Mayan, in the year 495 AF.
