Serpents of Sapience,

When I wander the streets of Shallam, hunting my enemies, it's never a
surprise to run into serpent traitors defending the pathetic city. But I
can't help but ask myself: why?

For years, I have watched the four Houses that claim to be the best for
training our kind, and for years I have been disappointed in them. Four
Houses fill their ranks with our kind, and not one of them seems to
truly understand our origins or our potential for greatness. And while
the Dawnstriders may be the most confused in this regard, it is not only
them who seem to fail to see these matters clearly.

Most know that serpents ascended from two humans, Loki and Ekanel. The
Chaos that was strong in the blood of humans caused serpentine mutations
in these humans, and that has led to us serpents having fangs today.

We were born of Chaos, and it is the source of all of our potential.
Embrace it and become more than what you are, or forever live within the
confines of the limits you impose upon yourselves.

If any of you do happen to be interested in chasing after your true
potential, seek me out. It is time to free yourselves of your ignorance
and your fear. This offer is available to those without fangs, as well,
