Greetings,

Following a decision by the Prelacy of the Holy Church of Achaea, and by
the Shallamese Council of Viziers, it is my duty to post to these boards
to inform you that, henceforth, members of your Order will be banned
from holding citizenship in the Jewel, and likewise banned from joining
the Church.

Your Matron's alliance with Lord Babel relating to Her Patronage of the
Occultists House has been deemed by both organisations to be a direct
and worrying support of Chaos. While we truly hope that Lady Ourania
will someday see and understand the true dangers of Chaos, we feel this
measure to be a necessary one.

Further, pursuant to the continued aggressive stance taken by the Church
against Chaos and all of its supporters, all those who hold membership
in Lady Ourania's Order will be declared enemies of the Church. While
Your Matron stands against the Light in this, we see no reason why you
should be allowed to benefit from the blessings of the Light.
