Apparently a revision is required...

In reference to Oakstone's announcement [in PUBLIC NEWS #17814], it is a
solitary post announcing two -SEPARATE- declarations from the council.
It seems many individuals are confusing it to be one, so I will clarify
now the two purposes of the aforementioned laws.

First is that those of classes Occultist, Infernal, Apostate and those
who follow the teachings of Lord Babel are not permitted to seek
interview and induction into the Council of Oakstone.

Second is that those who follow the teachings of Lord Babel are
officially now on an Herb Ban from Oakstone, requesting members of the
council to refrain from selling herbs, refills, resurrections, grove
rains and any other services to these individuals.

To clarify more deeply: Occultists in general are NOT under some sort of
Herb Ban or otherwise refusal of forestal aid except by individuals who
choose to refuse such.
