Due to their goals and/or presences being entirely contradictory to the
balance and safety of Nature, the Council of Oakstone here by bans from
its ranks:

+ Members of the Occultist class
+ Members of the Infernal class
+ Members of the Apostate class
+ Members of the Order or Pre-Order of Babel

In addition to this, Oakstone members are to refrain from assisting
members of the Order or Pre-Order of Babel in any maner, including but
not limited to: herb sales, refills, resurrections, grove rains and
other wares or services of the sort.
