Put your wormholes where you will. Defend them as you will. The world, nor I, nor Hashan, will care in the slightest.

Defend your walls from those who seek you harm. Defend against them as and where you will. The world, nor I, nor Hashan, will care in the
slightest.

However, your statement that Shallam "claims all lands" with regards to areas of the Valley, the Delta, the Rivers and the Highways is an unacceptable act of aggression. Negotiated alliances with sovereign villages, such as Jaru or Blackrock or Thera are one thing. Opportunistic land-grabs and annexations are quite another.

I assume that you have expressed yourself poorly and merely wished to state Shallam's intention to defend its walls, its people and its warps in surrounding areas.

I suggest you take the opportunity to clarify at your earliest convenience.
