Shallamese Jurisdiction

To the City of Shallam,
I fail to see where your city gets the audacity and strength to be
claiming new territory as their own. This 'land grab' comes as a great
shock to me. Has Shallam forgotten its place? You should be content to
only have the land guarded by your ramparts.
Jaru may be a mere exception considering their government may choose to
accept such a bold claim. However, I have heard no official statements
from Jaru. Do you speak on behalf of the Mayor? Perhaps Jaru would have
nothing to do with Shallam for all the trouble the Jewel has brought to
the tiny village.
This is also rather unfortunate because, for some reason, I had opposed
the idea of wormhole wars against Shallam. 'Their wormholes are on
public property.' I said as I banned Shadowsnake participation in the
conflicts. If this is indeed not the case and the property is now
considered to be 'Shallam' then they may serve as an aide for Shallam
and I cannot allow that, can I?
I'm making only one request -- retract your 'land grab' and leave your
jurisdiction where it suits you. I will not allow conflicts to arise
over eagle feathers or fishing pursuits. Failure to comply and I will
personally turn the Pash Valley into a landfill of decaying bodies until
no one would ever value the property every again.
Awaiting reply,
