The Ivory Mark

Dakrol,

I appreciate your public announcement in the wake of your slaughtered
colleagues, however, I expected more of you than to open such a post
with an insult. As a Champion for many years, and respected in my
profession, to call me a "so-called Champion" shows you have little to
argue with other than name calling. Perhaps you should re-locate to
Ashtan? I have not mentioned you by name in any of my public
correspondance, and find it amusing you think I would even consider you
as head of the Quisalis, one that hides under a cemetery and shows young
men how to hold their own dirk? Princess Atlantia has taken on the
position to induct into the Ivory Mark, in the Tower of Ivory that
shimmers across Lord Matsuhama's battlegrounds, and we will always show
honour and respect towards her for that.

While I respect those who fought on Nishnatoba, and indeed any of those
who spend time in battle, the idealogies between the Quisalis and the
Ivory are very different. We strive to uphold justice and to champion
those who cannot fight for themselves, whereas, even with all your
fighting history, you simply kill to line your own pocket.

I think this fight with the Quisalis is proven by the fact Renee has
quit your ranks, both Entaro and Firey and come over to join us, with
two more contacting me about coming to the Ivory side. The public are
beginning to realise that you really have little to offer, and that the
true way to avenge being wronged, is to hire a Champion. Our
organisation is growing stronger by the day.

While I recently "discussed" the return of the skull with the Blood
Maiden, she had little to offer other than some slight nutritional
value. I am no one to question who Lady Maya returns, but if and when
the Blood Maiden does return, please mention to her that I would be very
interested in the possession she has, but certainly not for necromantic
purposes.

May the battle continue.

Master Sobriquet Storm. Champion

Penned by my hand on the 11th of Sarapin, in the year 481 AF.
