As a representative of the Great House of the Occultists on behalf of
our illustrious Demiurge, I would like to extend my condolences to each
and every one of you. We are living in terrible times when a free state
will turn its back on loyal citizens to comply with the decree of a
megalomaniacal dictator. That which has befallen you is indeed a
tragedy. Rest assured that you are not alone in your time of need.

Many of you who have been forced into exodus are searching for a new
place to reside-- somewhere where you will not be persecuted, where you
may seek protection from the clashing swords and smouldering pyres of
our enemies in the Holy Church. The Occultists hereby extend the
opportunity for any of our Cyrenian brethren to apply for membership
within our organization. You may rest assured that a travesty such as
this will not be repeated by us our the city that we call home.

Whether you choose to join us or not, remember that you and all
occultists have a dedicated ally in your resistance against the Churchs
unbridled tyranny. This is a time for all children of Chaos, regardless
of past differences, to come together beneath the banner of a worthy
cause.
