The Blacklotus House has heard your call and as a House will we punish
any of our members harshly if they break the peace or do anything that
you believe would shame any mother while in your presence at the
entrance of Minia.

To take it a step further if you would be so kind as to supply names of
those who transgress we will happily put them on a blacklist of never to
be inducted into our House and even though the final decision will
reside with the City of Hashan, will we strongly object to the
transgressors becoming a citizen of Hashan.
