Greetings Sapience,

Those that initiated this war hide behind their disillusionments that
Chaos is a force to be stifled and destroyed. They seek to use fear
mongering to further their personal agenda - to enforce their will upon
the continent to conform society to their vision of a perfected Utopia.
The only way to stifle Chaos is to stifle human free will and spirit,
enslaving us to what they view as acceptable and good behaviour.

The parts of history that they tend to gloss over are the crucial parts
in the degradation of society. The Occultists performed their works and
were slaughtered by the Luminai for their efforts, because then, as now,
they feared that over which they had no means of control. In doing so
they drove the Occultists into the cold embrace of Belladonna and her
son who twisted and corrupted them in the guise of defending themselves.
Does Good accept responsibility for Necromancy being created or
cannibalism being practiced for centuries? Or that Creation has failed
to crumble despite the continued pacting that has occurred between the
Chaos Lords and Occultists over the centuries?

I would also like to pose a question to those who wish to purge Chaos
and the Occultists, what of the Black Wave? Should their crucial aid be
overlooked? What if the righteous flames and holy blades of the
misguided zealots had purged the Occultists, how would history read now
as the last of the mortal races cowered, enslaved by the Tsol'teth,
nothing more than animals?

These events have been glossed over and ignored, their effect on the
realm bypassed in an effort to generate fear and hatred in an unknowing
populace. A rajamalan woman has lost her life, her corpse crucified and
erected at the gates of Ashtan in an effort to terrorize us into
submission. No word was ever spoken of her, no charge as to why she
should suffer such a fate, her life, her story, and her name lost to the
blind ambition of those driving the Anointed. The call to purge Chaos
has been made, let suffering and oppression reign.
