A notice,

Henceforth any persons found to be aiding, conspiring with, or fighting
along side the Church in Her campaign against Chaos shall be branded an
enemy of the Shadowsnakes.

The reasons for such a decree should be obvious. If you are unable to
extrapolate the justifications on this matter please consult a scholar
of higher intellect than your own.
