Hear ye, hear ye, tattooists of Sapience!

There was a time, long ago, when I was the most sought-after tattooist
in the lands, but the times have changed. Many of you now hold the
ability to tattoo yourself and others, so I have endeavoured to expand
my craft in the form of the creation of unique decorative tattoos. In
this, I would like to invite you, tattooists of the land, to try your
hand along with me!

Thus, in honour of the Year 450 celebrations, I'd like to announce the
first ever Tattoo Competition here in Sapience! Three surprise judges
have already agreed to take part, and they will be considering our work
with a keen and critical eye.

A prize will be awarded to the "Best in Show" decorative tattoo, and
that winner will also receive a memorial plaque. Furthermore, I will
honour the first place winner with a PERMANENT magical tattoo!

A few words on the tattoo itself. Anyone may enter, regardless of your
skill in decorative tattoos. These tattoos are for decorative purposes
only, thus, entering a magical tattoo will result in disqualification.
The tattoo must be your own creative work and must reflect the rich
world of Achaea. Creativity, richness of detail, subject matter and
skill in depicting it: all these will weigh in to the final decision.

Entries to the competition will be taken via letters to my assistant,
Jingo. ALL entries must be submitted to Jingo at my tattoo parlour in
Delos, along with a 1000gp entry fee, by the 13th of Miraman, 450 A.F.!
No entries will be taken after that date, and judging will commence
