It has come to my attention, in a less than pleasant way, that Shallam
has begun to offensively align themselves with those who would beseech
divine aid in raid circumstances.

The phenomena of this situation is that those who commit such atrocious
acts are now doing so in offensive raid circumstances, against Mhaldor
as opposed to the generic defensive scenarios. If any Shallamese
officials care to inquire who these people are than I will gladly inform
them, as I've tried three times already and been shunned.

Until I see change, Shallam be assured, I will interpret this as your
official forfeiture of any sickeningly insane 'rights' you pitiful
weaklings would try to exercise outside your city.

In lamest terms, you are all hunted. I look forward to bringing you to
Lord Thoth.
