It is not the opinion of you, nor anyone else who graces this Sapience,
that matters to me in terms of my tenure as Morning Lady. I have indeed
put forth my resignation, though I assure you that this current instance
had nothing to do with it in the least. As you seem to wish it to be a
public matter, my time within these realms has been shortened for years
and I did not feel like I should do the disservice to my House of them
having an absent Leader.

However, the only people whose opinion on my resignation that truly
matters to me, are my Housemates who have been nothing but supportive of
me and my fellow Secretaries, through this incident, through all
previous ones, and through my 37 years leading the Dawnstriders of
Shallam.

They, and not you and your filthy spies, know the extent of my
commitment to Good, and the sacrifices to my term of Leadership that I
have made, though it is humorous to me how you would try and defame my
character and my accomplishments so publicly, and complain about my
insulting of you in the same breath.

Is your ego so easily bruised by the words of someone you obviously
think so little of that you would truly put your House's hub, the other
serpent House's hubs, and your own credibility on the line for it? You
continue with this while you were granted what you asked for in your
original posting which was "to negotiate in good faith, provided that a
person other than the Lady of the Morning leads the negotiations." The
person that will negotiate with you is Hieyoko. That you are now
choosing to discredit yourself by adding stipulations on your offer
toward resolution is well beyond my control.

For over twenty years Hieyoko has been, and will continue to be, the
final authority warps and security for the Dawnstriders and for Shallam,
and so I hope, should you keep your word as of Public 17001, that you
both come up with something suitable for both parties involved. However,
you should also know that as of your most recent post, I will consider
any debt I may have owed you for whatever insult I laid upon you repaid
in full.

It is on you now to keep your word, as I have complied with your
original demand. It is now time to show your "good faith", for I have
given you the opportunity you requested to be able to.
