Jaizsur,

The warp in question is the Shastaan warp that leads to an Apollyon
shrine that was, and has been, a shrine of importance during the current
shrine wars between Mhaldor and Shallam.

After its cancellation, Tenebrus, and not Ulrike, came to me with
threats of a cancellation war in a tone that in and of itself was
insulting, over a warp that was very well known to be an isolated
incident. He was told that it was an isolated incident and he was also
told that Hieyoko, the Sultan of Shallam, had written a post to Shallam
publicly banning the cancellation of any Naga warp that was not the warp
in question.

Ignoring the statement of Hieyoko, and my assurance that should a warp
outside of the Shastaan warp be canceled that it would be dealt with,
Tenebrus instead brought forth a slippery slope argument, stating that
it was his beliefs that the aggression against this single warp would
turn into an assault upon their entire warp structure, again, despite
Hieyoko's post to Shallam assuring that it would not.

In light of the fact that Hieyoko made that post, I can hardly see how
the Dawnstriders can be accused of turning a blindeye to the situation
at hand at all. That the Sultan of Shallam made a post to Shallam saying
that Naga warps outside of the one involved with the shrine war in
Shastaan were to be left untampered with, seems like an attempt to
isolate the incident and maintain a sense of balance to me.

Therefore, I feel no need to apologize for my statements of belief that
warp wars are juvenile, fruitless, frivolous, hampering to conflict, and
that this war appears to be spawn of a tantrum thrown by someone who was
assured that it was an isolated case, and that the Sultan of the Shallam
informed the City that it was to be an isolated case.

The Dawnstriders have always put a great deal of respect into the
balance of power and neutrality when it comes to warps against major
opposition and criticism from our own City, and now is no different. If
Tenebrus does not wish to speak with me, due to whatever horrible insult
he feels that I laid upon him, he could instead speak with Hieyoko who
is the head of our warp security for a resolution, should he truly want
one.

Signed,
Lady of the Morning,
