Greetings,
As many of you might have heard, the Lucretian Athenaeum has recently
opened the newest parts of the library to the general public. Firstly, I
would like to thank the people of New Thera, especially their gracious
mayor Angela, who supported the Athenaeum and helped raise the funds
needed for the expansion.
Now, on to the exciting part. We at the Athenaeum are pleased to
announce that we will now be accepting journals and manuscripts from
adventurers! There is a submissions box located within the library where
you can place any works you wish to see enter circulation; so please,
donate away! In order to assist with the increased workload of the
Athenaeum, we are seeking from amongst you, the literary public, an
additional librarian to run this part of the library along with my
apprentice, Maejin.
The main duty of this librarian would be to review the various journals
that are submitted along with Maejin. We are looking for candidates who
have a good grasp of the Achaean language and a detailed knowledge of
Achaean lore and history. If you would like to apply for this position,
please write your credentials in a letter and give it to me in person at
the Lucretian Athenaeum. Don't forget to sign it! I will announce the
successful candidate in due course. I should note that allies of the
Vertani need not apply.
Finally, I would like to publicly welcome our newest member of staff,
Lara, who will be assisting the Chroniclers of Lore with their duties.
Should you wish to become a Chronicler, please either contact her for
more details, or see HELP CHRONICLERS.
Yours,
Nissa, Head Archivist of the Lucretian Athenaeum
Penned by my hand on the 14th of Glacian, in the year 446 AF.
