Lord Neraeos and Whekrita

Lord Aegis, I mean no disrespect. I believe some agent of disorder has
provided you misinformation. Although I am not affiliated with Lord
Neraeos in any way, I can confirm that he does not hide behind the God
of Peace. As a citizen of Cyrene, I have been present many times when
Lord Neraeos has commanded us to hone our skills in combat. He cautioned
us that we knew not when war or strife would come. This does not strike
me as a god trying to hide behind another.

Nor do I see it in his interest to hinder us by withholding or delaying
ships. As ships become a permanent part of our lives, we would be even
more dependent on the Lord of the Sea rather than challenging his
authority. With the possibility of warfare occurring at sea, I doubt you
are reluctant to see them either, but that is a matter for your own
consideration.

I believe Whekrita means well, in spite of her disrespect to members of
the Garden, but at 19 she is very inexperience and perhaps too young to
stay focused and see the realities of the world. Just a few months ago,
she claimed there was no order for Lord Agatheis and asked for the right
to create it. She also encouraged people to fork over 500,000 in gold to
create a clan in his honor. She proposes a war on Lord Neraeos as a
result of a fit of anger. Perhaps she should spend a decade or two in
contemplation of the world to see where you heart truly is.

Lord Aegis, if your wish is a war with the Lord of the Sea, you would
find more stable and experienced standard bearers.

Humbly,
Alvar Saerrac Lionblaze
