Greetings Serpentlords,

Well here I am, approaching you all once again however, on a different
board, with different news, and definitely a different mood in the air.
Each of you I'm sure has heard of the "betrayal" I have committed, and
many of you believe that my reasoning and solution are false fronts. In
order to get your funds back, the house must be redone, rebuilt, and
reorganized to what it once was. Here is your first step:

What is a Serpentlord?

Over the years the view of what truly makes a Serpentlord has been
construed, apathy and nonchalant attitudes have been set into place. The
roots of who you are have been lost and now are drifting at sea, with no
guidance or direction. This cannot be tolerated.

First and foremost, I'd like to see HELP HOUSE SERPENTLORDS redone, with
the views of what everyone believes a true Serpentlord is, because we
all know that what the file is stating, is not who you are...yet. Create
a set of rules, so far it seems the only thing defining a Serpentlord is
that a member must be a serpent. A few suggestions would be to hold
referendums within the house on each rule or have the noble Shadow
Council decide. Once these rules have been established and chosen, edit
the oath accordingly, and make sure every single Serpentlord repeats it,
and takes it to heart. This must be enforced to prevent lackadaisical
attitudes from creeping in.

In addition, a true leader must be selected. Someone each and every
single one of you can follow, and model yourselves against as a true
Serpentlord. Elections are not popularity contests, or mudslinging
arguments. Chose someone to lead you well, and someone who you wouldn't
hesitate to follow.

Upon the completion of the aforementioned, a portion of your funds will
be returned, and I will give you your next step in the journey. None of
this is up for debate or negotiation and until a house leader is
selected, I will only deal with Lady Ourania or a Serpentlord of Her
choosing.
