Mortal,

I had decided to ignore ye completely, but as some of My followers asked
Me much more politely for the answer to thy question, I decided to
enlighten ye.

The bracers carried by My followers are My property. In My absence, some
were given out that were not enchanted as they should be. I have
remedied this. After a time, the enchantment returned My property to Me.
How My taking back something that belongs to Me is against My teachings,
I have no idea.

Since ye are so anxious to have a bracer, I shall give ye one. In fact,
ye can have two, and some greaves as well.
