Change in Mhaldorian Policy

Citizens of Eleusis,

The leadership of Mhaldor has noted with concern the
increased propensity of some of you to act as facilitators
for those seeking to raid our city. In light of this
disappointing development, it is with great regret that we
must forbid all Eleusians not officially listed as allies
from entering Mhaldor.

Mhaldor extends its thanks to those citizens of Eleusis
who have rendered unto us their support and assistance.
We encourage these individuals to apply for ally status,
and to petition their leaders to keep a tighter leash on
Eleusis' renegade elements.

It is to be hoped that our cities will come to a more
favourable understanding in the future.

In Suffering,
Ulrike Dracrotalus
Viceroy of Mhaldor

Penned by my hand on the 24th of Mayan, in the year 431 AF.
