Oh, goodness, having just woken up, I was reckless and made a mistake.
My apologies for it, unless you think apologies are outdated, too.
For someone who claims he's "not objecting to [his] enemy status,"
you're making an awful big fuss out of something that people who have
suffered more for the same punishment took without a word.
Try being a Druid, and unable to even sit in the grove you have bonded
your very soul to, because you made a reckless mistake. This has
happened to Druids and to Sylvans, and they aren't making the fuss you
make. It's more than a little childish.
If all herbs, elixirs and salves were object to Oakstone law, then rogue
forestals wouldn't be able to sell at whatever prices they want.
If Oakstone had absolute power, why would you only be punished for
setting foot in the forests? That doesn't make much sense, if you ask
me, considering Oakstone protects all of Nature, not just the forests.
However, this is just my opinion, not Oakstone's to my knowledge, or
anyone else's that I know of.
At one time, I had to have it explained to me that Oakstone does not
make exceptions. Why? Because one exception for one person would mean
the demanding of exceptions for many more.
Your punishment is not a 'one size fits all' punishment. You were
enemied and fined for one holocaust. Those who do more, the worst
offenders of Nature, are fined more, enemied for longer, if not
permanently.
