Essential role? As I recall from reading my history (as you should do,
and eat your veggies, they're good for you) Creation was, in essence
perfect until Chaos seeped in and since then it has continued to cause
nothing but trouble for sentient life from the Mythos to the taint to
now. YOU may see enlightenment in that which you have absolutely no
control over. MY blind denial? The fact that you think you have some
kind of reign on Chaos, I would say that is you who is blind.

As for the Burning Times, the records of that time are conflicting on
both sides. While you have murals in Ashtan commemorating those poor
"innocent" occultists who lost their lives to the savagery of the
Church, there are writings that claim that "Oh, it wasn't so bad."
SOMEone is stretching the truth, wouldn't you say? You can't both be
giving accurate accounts. My speculation is that there is skewing on
both parts, more than likely. I find your mural of Gawain quite
humorous. Do you really believe that's how it happened because someone
scrawled it on a wall? Tsk. I'm disappointed. Aye, the removal of logic.

Now, I have never claimed to have some great knowledge on all that Chaos
is, but I find it amusing that you do.
