For generations now, my people have toiled to expand the network of
tunnels beneath Blackrock, from which we harvest the riches of the
earth. Whilst this has amassed us great wealth, I declare that a time
for change is nigh upon us.

We have grown tired of you disrespectful outsiders that tread our home
without invitation, seeking to trade with us one moment and murdering
our kind the next. No longer will we slave to procure goods for your
enjoyment. As of this moment, our commodity shop is closed to outsiders;
seek to fulfill your petty needs elsewhere. You shall not fulfill them
in Blackrock.
