Veldrin and Vengeance

I am more of a man of action, than words, but your public post (15422)
has compelled me to put quill to parchment in rebuttle.
"How you are fallen from righteousness, O' Veldrin, son of Compassion.
You have laid low your own credibility, for though your voice professes
Harmony, your actions speak of Vengeance.... This is the great beauty of
the Evil life."
Oh how narrow-minded you are. Vengeance is not evil, it is the natural
course of events - action and consequence. Vengeance can be seen in many
facets of life. Justice, what is that but the desire to 'right a wrong'
- to gain retribution for acts - vengeance. Lady Keresis' realm
transcends such mortal boundaries as Good and Evil, and is inherent in
us all.
Veldrin's actions were not that of a follower of Keresis, but as a
warrior of Tarah. Right or wrong, Veldrin evidently considered you, as a
Mhaldorian forestal, to be evil, therefore he displayed his Compassion
by combatting evil, as it states in writings about Tarah and Her Realm.
In future, before making rash comments about that of which you evidently
know little, I would suggest a little more investigation.
Penned by my hand on the 1st of Sarapin, in the year 405 AF.
