Ashtan..what a coincidence...

How ironic, here's a situation. A city hides murderers and thieves and
stating it is a free state can justifiably expect it should not be
attacked.
The aggrieved city responds with threats of violence if the thieves and
murderers are not brought to justice, if not by their own hands at least
by those of the city harboring them.
The city harboring the miscreants ignores the call, and the aggrieved
city attacks slaying many. This happened twice now. Presently it is
Ashtan and Hashan. With Ashtan seeking these theives. Last time it was
Vertani and Ashtan. And Ashtan called in righteous tone that it was
being unjustly handled.
How ironic that the whims of the city is really just about it wanting
violence upon another incapable of defending itself simply due to
resource. I seem to remember Ashtan crying and whimpering and begging
for aid before utilising forces from a cross the realm to throw the
invaders out.
Should Hashan call likewise?
For the actions of Ashtan, considering its past reactions with regard to
Vertani over similar account seem to appear hypocritical.
