Greetings Achaea!

As the new year draws nigh, we approach a rather important anniversary.
In the year 304, the Occultists Shakti, Silverstorm and Saruman came
together to complete a Great Working. Due to their ingenuity and skill,
the powers of Chaos once lost, were returned. This past century has seen
these powers flourish and grow farther than even those wise three could
have imagined. And so, with the turning of the one hundredth year since
the restoration of the powers of Occultism, the House of the Occultists
is holding a celebration!

These festivities will last all year, and will be ushered in by...well,
you'll see.
