Regarding the Hot Spot "hot problem"

Greetings
First of all, I'd like to try and reshape the image of the "dreadful
customer, that rants and is evil enough not to shut his mouth up if he
buys something that's not working", that Matt tried to create me.

Last month, I went on market and asked for a Pestilence ring. Got the
directions to the Hot Spot store, in Cyrene, and I was there in a poof.
Bought the ring and was anxious to join the first KOTH. I joined, placed
the ring on my finger and wanted to test it. Now, I am not THAT stupid
to not use AB ENCHANTMENT PESTILENCE and see how to use it. And I may be
deaf, or idiot, but Matt you never did send a single tell about
"warning, pestilence rings have a random number of shots". So I tried in
the arena, it said "you can't point something you are not wearing" or
anyway, the usual message, for when the enchanted item is depleted. Do
notice, that I used the item exact ID number, because it was not the
only ring I use. So I got a little iffy about it. I messaged Matt about
he problem while I was in the arena still.

A few minutes later, I've lost the KOTH and as any normal adventurer, I
blamed it on not being able to use Pestilence *smile*. First thing I
did, sent a tell to Matt, for an explanation. Of course, he didn't even
bother to reply to any of my tells, and I think a normal shop owner, who
gets a complain from one of his customers should of at lest say :"lemme
have a look at it". Now, I am an enchanter, and I enchanted many
firewalls, firelashes, icewalls and other things that I can do. I have a
few customers that used the items once and it got depleted. I made them
a new one, all costs covered by me. It would of been a nice thing if we
sorted out this problem between us, in tells or in person, rather than
rant about it on Public Posts.

Second I did rant about the Hot Spot on MARKET two times, once while
advertising for my enchantment wares, and second while asking for a
Pestilence ring (it was something like "looking for a real PESTILENCE
ring" or something like that)

Now, I must also apologize for the events that happened afterwards. I
gave the ring to someone and it was not working. Then one of our
secretaries wanted to see it. I went to her, and she said point it at
me. I pointed it, exactly like since then, and voila, this time it
worked. We were both boogling in amazement. I consider this was a bug,
and maybe I should ISSUE it. So, yes, the ring was supposedly good, but
by some sort of bug, it did not work in the arena.

And as I said, instead of encouraging shopowners not to deal with
Silinrul, you should of tried and sort this out between us two. You
know, accusations like this can bring serious problems to a follower of
Lord Prospero.
