and we owe no explanation to Ashtan.

I understand Zidayn is an enemy of Ashtan and the Ashura. Let Ashtan and
the Ashura hunt Zidayn, but be forewarned, if you do so within the walls
of Hashan, you are violating a law, as Zidayn is considered a
law-abiding guest. There are no exceptions to this law, and we will not
hesitate to charge you with this law.

Your outrageous demands are far too easy to see through. Hashan will
never bow to the will of a foreign potentate, nor will she even
acknowledge any terms or ultimatums thereto.
