Zidayn

This is addressed to the governmental body of Hashan.

You have recently accepted 500k in exchange for granting Zidayn amnesty
within your city. Puzzling, because I am sure that he has stolen from
many of your citizens and shops. While I imagine he has convinced you
that he is 'turning over a new leaf', that does not annul the debt he
owes us.

Zidayn remains an enemy of the two organizations I speak for, Ashtan and
the Ashura. He will forever be hunted until such time as he begs
forgiveness and makes amends. You have chosen to stand in the way of our
justice, which I can not abide. I present to you two options to avert
this situation.

Zidayn may make a payment of 5 million gold to Ashtan, along with
apologies for damages done and a solemn promise to never again cause
trouble with the Bastion. Or, you may choose to rectify his amnesty
status, removing the protection your city has deigned to bestow upon
him.

Otherwise, we will take his head by force, and that of any who defend
him.

Awaiting your reply,
Rennyn Sehr'asa, Archon of Ashtan

Penned by my hand on the 16th of Lupar, in the year 399 AF.
