Thieves... Bandits... Pirates.... hear my call.

You have been alone in the Shadows for too long. The time has come for
us to unite. Others have tried and failed to unite us all. We will
succeed where these others have failed. A lone thief can only steal so
much (Believe me I know) If we work together we will not only grow
wealthy off our plunder but wealthy from our infamy as well. When the
looting starts the victims will come to US for protection.
