Basically, there is really no way to know if a contract is in fact legal
or not. If Bob hires me on Fred, and I say Bob dude, is this contract
legit? And he says yes. And Then I say Fred dude, I have this contract
on you Bob claims you did such and such is this the case? And if it is
I'm going to offer you a duel deffed up with a 3 count and go, if you do
not accept the duel I will then just catch you when you least expect it
and slay you. And Fred says, The contract isn't legal I never did that.
What exactly is the mark supposed to do again? I've never run into this
issue but I generally only take contracts on people who are well known
trouble makers who tons of people laugh when they get killed anyway. The
point being, you can't make sure contracts are legit because you know
not everyone tells the truth. I'm willing to bet you'd get a warning if
it was an honest mistake and you did make an effort to assess the
situation and end up coming out with an I word against you. However
that's assuming the person doesn't just hire another mark back on you
which I would suggest seeing as the I word is other realmly.
