This is just my theory of the events that are happening and nothing
more. Please take it as such.

In Cyrene Altaca, the butcher, has come down with the plague. This
caused most of our citizens to start to warn those loyal to us. As some
of Cyrene were speaking to Indalecio, the teacher of Cyrene, he said
words about how the Moon is waiting for something.

My brother, Milabar, has told me that Lady Lorielan is looking toward
getting Lady Mithraea out of the hands of Slith. Those who were at the
event that took place, the battle that dealt with Slith will probably
remember that he said that there would be more to come, that he still
had control of people. I submit that this plague is his doing.

The tear may be to Slith's realm, where he is poisoning us, our water,
and our fish, weakening us and placing a distraction. The reason that
Lady Ourania is waiting is for Lady Mithraea to return. I think that if
we can help bring Lady Mithraea back or at least defeat Slith, this
plague will disappear and hopefully we will all feel much better.

Here's to stopping the plague.
