Dear Conor,
Perhaps you misconstrue the message I was trying to present to the
public eye. In regards to Tiamats actions: He blamed the entire Forestal
Community for the actions of but a few. In regards to the Vertanis
actions: They blamed entire Communities and Organzations for the actions
of but a few. When Tiamat does it you cry out the faulty logic and make
it clear that you do not support said logic. When the Vertani did it you
never said a word. That war was for Sapience. It affected all of us and
as you neglect to address, all mortals are part of Nature, and to
protect Nature one must respect all living things. The destruction the
Vertani caused did indeed harm Nature, yet the Forestal community did
nothing and presented the fact that because the Vertani could destroy a
lot of the forest, wouldnt help in the war against them. The point is,
history repeats itself. If you refuse to learn from it this fact can not
be helped. No matter how painful nor saddening the past may be we can
not change it. However by studying it and learning from the mistakes of
others, we can ensure such travesties are not allowed to happen again.
In other words, if you are going to state Tiamat is wrong for blaming
the Forestal Community for the actions of but a few, then you should be
able to agree the Vertani was wrong for doing the same. As previously
mentioned in the first post, my post was not directed to attack nor
insult nor offend the Forestal Community, but to enlighten to a
misconception and fault in logic.
Hope that clears it up,
