The better question, Jago, is why aren't the forestals holding
responsible *all* of the parties who put the forest at risk. Why
weren't those who offeded Tiamat pressured to make peace? Why
are they not seen as having been a party to the damage in the
forests?
I know the argument that it is only the responsibility of the
person who actually drops the holo, but in all reality, the
real world doesn't work that way.
