The Vertani

Where were we? The same place we always are, caring for Nature and the
people of our community.
Oakstone exists for one single purpose - to protect Nature. The battle
between Good and Evil or City against City is not a concern of the
organization that I represent. We infact did hold private conversation
with the Vertani to condemn the destruction of Thera and voice our
concern about the potential harm to Nature. Much in part to discussion
facilitated by our Hierophant Greyda, we clarified our position to the
Vertani and they came to recognize our stance. That can be seen from the
fact they made a point to not construct a fortress near a natural area.
Simply because Oakstone does not announce all of its work outside of the
forestal community, does not mean we sit by and do nothing.
The Vertani and Tiamat were not the same at all in terms of their
interactions with Nature. Tiamat was a direct threat to Nature and thus
we responded to his actions accordingly as an organization dedicated to
the protection of the realm of Nature and all within it. Oakstone and
Eleusis are not the same organization, so I cannot speak for Eleusis,
but I assume their logic is similar to my own. If you have any questions
concerning Oakstone at any time, you are free to contact a Hierophant.
We do our best to respond promptly to messages.
