The latest debate, of course.

I entirely agree with Leraes, fighting about who should be called what
-is- entirely pointless. Now that the class system is in effect -every-
guild has had to make changes, notifications, endless posts... The whole
thing is entirely mind boggling.

Now, as a rogue monk, let me tell you a bit. I was Kharon in the
beginning, and then Tanjinn. I left that guild and city for my own
reasons, which I will not delve into. I was a rogue monk for a good
month or two before I quit class and joined the Sentinels. But, I really
missed being a monk, and last night, I left the Sentinels and
autoclassed. Why didn't I join a guild and city? Perhaps because -I'm-
not ready to yet.

Each person who autoclasses has their own reasons, they shouldn't have
to detail the reasons for everyone and anyone to know. The same thing is
to be said about leaving guilds. Perhaps people just don't agree with
something, perhaps tension in the guild between that person and
another/others is too high. Who knows? It -is- their decision, their
lives.

Rogues have roamed this land for ages, and they will continue to do so
until the end of time. The only difference now is they don't absolutely
-have- to join a guild in order to gain the skills. Did I join a guild
when I went back to monk? No. Reason? I don't want the internal politics
once again clouding channels. I don't want to sit back and watch as
someone leaves the guild and others just snub them, even the day before
being 'friends'. I simply wish to work for myself, pushing and judging
myself, before I let others do so.

As far as titles, you know that rogues must be titled by their Patron or
city. If either one of those agree to do such, who are you to question
it? Such as the 'Sir' topic you all have been on lately. Perhaps the
city or Patron of the person knows exactly how much that person has
worked, not only on skills, but on other things, and decided to give him
such a title?

Who are any of us to judge what shall be and what shall not? Or, for
that matter, who should have what title? What's next, strict 'grapes and
cheese' diets? It's all really very silly.

Anger begets anger, Violence breeds misery.
