Reading the posts before this one, I would like to encourage all
adventurers in Sapience who due to their cityrank possess the ability to
title rogue citizens, to allow themselves to refuse a title if they feel
there are valid reasons for it.

The posts before include some of the reasons that could be seen as valid
reasons, I am sure there are more.

(HELP TITLES of course offers more specific guidance as well.)

I have refused titles in the past which I found were too close to
existing guild titles, or included the name of a guild that the person
was not a member of (such as "Rogue Sorcerer"), and have asked the
person to be a little more creative. That has usually always worked
well, and a solution could be found.
