There have recently been posts regarding Knighthood and being a Knight.
The three Knight guilds all have structures for Aspirant Knights to take
that final step to Knighthood. The Class or rogue system does not have
these structures.

The word and actual accolade are miles apart anyone may, if they wish
designate themselves as Sir or Dame, that is their choice, but it is the
accolade of being made a Knight by the proper authorities that gives
weight to this title.

There is more to this though for it is a deeper issue, to be a Knight is
to feel it inside of you, your every step, your every word, your every
action is moderated by the ethos that you live by. As you become a
Knight you become the example to Sapience of what you represent. Whether
you are a Runewarden, Paladin, Maldaathi ro Rogue your every action will
be taken as a representative action of what you represent.

So I ask you, those that choose to title themselves judge yourself, look
within yourself and if when you look into your very soul, you see a
Knight that follows your Ethos, that walks it, that talks it, then
please take that Title. Remember the title has responsibility.
