I am announcing the opening of my lottery, 'Sapience Sovereigns'. This
lottery will be unlike any you have seen previously with fixed prizes
and set numbers of tickets.

In this lottery you will choose your own numbers. Drawings will be held
approximately every 7 months. The number of tickets you can purchase and
size of the jackpot are infinite.

The quick summary is that the lottery is a 5/20. That's pick 5 numbers
out of 1 through 20. Prizes are also given out for matching 3 or 4 of
the 5 drawn. The jackpot will grow through ticket sales until someone
wins. Once someone wins the jackpot, the lotto will reset to the
starting amount. The sky's the limit!

The following post after this one are the Terms and Conditions for the
lottery. Feel free to skip it if you don't want to read a lot of
specific quasi-legal mumbo-jumbo. I am merely posting it so that the
public can be fully aware of how everything works.
