If you were not aware, the entire Paladin guild exists to be the
combatants of the Church. Their existence as a guild is defined as
fighting those of the Evil faith. I find this to be more than a few
"specific examples" all wrapped into one, as far as Shallam citizens who
kill for the sake of religion.

Again, if you were not aware, not one year after the formation of the
Apostates guild did Shallam ban daemons within its walls. While it is
understandable that yes, Apostates oppose Shallamese ideals
wholeheartedly, this is one fine example of people who have been
persecuted. Not to mention Vigile's post some 100-200 posts ago
declaring that, he does (or did) rob, kill, and generally harass
Mhaldorians "because they are Mhaldorian."

Stop trying to deny it. Shallam, and Good as a whole, is just as
bloodthirsty, violent, and closed-minded as any other religion on
Sapience.

Get over yourselves.
