Ex-Citizens Krak and Markaven

Greetings, my beloved city. For those of you who do not know me,
my name is Nyothran D'Ischai and I am a Proud Apprentice of the
Sorcerers. For those of you who were unaware with last month's
situation, my uncle and good friend Krak and Markaven decided to
leave the guild for their own personal reasons. And, from those of
you who had witnessed their cries of anger and built-up rage, I am
here to personally appologize for their actions...
What I am here to speak about is the way Hashan has reacted upon their
city dismissal. Not only were they quickly kicked out for speaking
out of turn and irrationally (I appologize for that), but they were
also subject to crude bashing and heartless assult... one of them
was even victim to a head piking RIGHT OUTSIDE OF OUR CITY!!
People of Hashan... what have we become? We're becoming more savage
by the day. Is this the city that I have fallen in love with as
soon as I placed my first footsteps on the Road To Eternity? I feel
that this city has become cold and heartless, using the terms
neutrality, "respect", and "honor" to justify itself... We can't
continue to act this way towards people that speak irrationally...
I know that they spoke out of turn, and again I appologize on their
behalf... but Krak and Markaven didn't deserve the treatment that
they had to put up with last month. They weren't and aren't even
enemies of the city!! Folks, we're becoming more influenced by our
true city enemies... because I know that we as Hashan can do much
MUCH better than that! We acted as if we were Mhaldorian!! This
posting especially goes out to the two Hashanite monks who had
escorted the two out of the city (and you know who you are). We
are not barbarians or honorless... have you all no shame or dignity?
What will other cities think of if they hear of how we treat our
recently ex-citizens? I don't believe what I'm saying, but I am
begining to think that Katoreos' words of what a Hashanite is is
slowly coming to effect...
Please, Hashan... my home, my people, my guildbase... please don't
follow Mhaldor's shadow. We stand strong, like the trees of the
Ithimas and beyond. We have an unbreakable will and an infinite
amount of love for one another. If we are to act like citizens
of the Crown of Ithima, then we mustn't let a situation like that
happen EVER again! Thank you for your time...
