Good jera Achaea!

Cyrene will be turning 100 years old soon! This means events!! Well, I'm
hosting an event for our fair city, a rather fun and interesting one, at
that. I'll be hosting a "Drunken Fishing Contest."

Here's how it works:
- Anyone may enter, provided they are not enemies of Cyrene, as the
event will be held in our fair city.
- You have a fishing pole. We'll supply you with bait, but, it's a BYOP
event.
- You'll be supplied with your choice of 15 bait, in any combination you
wish.
- Once intoxicated, you begin to fish, simple aye?
- The event will last one day.
- there will be 3 people to a room, being watched by one judge. If this
proves to be problematic for the contestants, we'll fix it as the need
arises.
- You'll be given 5 of our soon to be famous "Fire and Ice cocktails" to
chug down. These will be given once you've come to the room where you'll
be fishing, don't want you wandering the streets while intoxicated.
- Once the time limit has expired, we'll all fall in line and I'll lead
the way to Craden near Minia and I'll cash in the fish. Each contestant
will individually give me their fish and I'll get the gold. THe
contestant with the most gold will win.

Prizes!
1st place: 10 credits and half the gold raised.
2nd place: 7 credits and 1/4 the gold.
3rd place: 5 credits and the last 1/4 of the gold.
All others: good drinks, good times, and lots of fun!
