I'm sorry if I insulted anyone in my posts so far, I've attempted to
remain as neutral as possible but apparently I strayed a bit.

In no way do I say that the Vertani are perfect, that they have granted
a great boon on us for their language or their fortresses, what I am
trying to get across is that BOTH sides to this war have commited wrongs
and rights. At the Vertani summit it is true that the Vertani attacked
those there, but at the same time many of the Sapients present were
insulting the Vertani. By the rules handed down from Sarapis himself,
insults are an excuse to take aggressive action. In closing, do not
believe that I support one side over the other, what I am trying to do
is to get both sides to recognize their instances of self-righteousness
and dogmatism. Only by focusing on the -entire- picture can some
resolution be made.

P.S. I felt that explaining the obvious was a neccesarry part of
collecting my thoughts together......or maybe I'm simply insane.

Penned by my hand on the 16th of Scarlatan, in the year 387 AF.
