Greetings Sapience!

This is a offical message from the Chancellor of Cyrene to all
shopkeepers who do business in Cyrene. A new policy has been set to
books concerning the shops so please read carefully. Any questions or
comments concerning the following should be directed to me. Please keep
in mind I am a fair man and if you should feel vexed by this feel free
to message me or send me a tell and I will happily speak with you about
it. This policy is not set in stone and feedback is always welcome.

Cyrene Low Stock Policy:
-The Chancellor, or one if his/her aides, along with all task in their
regular surveys, shall note any shops with less then ten idividual items
and/or do not ammount to more than thirty total items.
-All shopkeepers shall stock their shop regulary. Failure to due so will
be meet with fines and for worse cases seizure if deemed appropriate by
the current Chancellor. If a shop is found to be lacking enough stock as
per the before mentioned model, then the owner or manager shall be
informed by way of an annuel message every year.
-The fines for shops are given when they fall under the stock model
during annuel surveys. In cases they fail four times in a row, they will
be fined two thousand gold. If they should continue to fail after seven
surveys, then the shop shall be fined ten thousand gold. If, over a five
year period, they should fail fourteen times, then their shop is open to
seizure by the city. All surveys must have at least three months between
them to be valid.

A few points to make sure that this remains clear, as I am often adept
at confusion. The ammount of stock a shop needs to keep is basically
similar to having ten different herbs at different ammonts that total up
to thirty. Sorry if this is still baffling. Also, theft or other similar
conditions will be meet with a curtain grace period where the
Chancellory will overlook your shop in surveys If this should apply to
you, message the Chancellor of Cyrene. Any other requests for exeption
will be delt with as we recieve them and will be measured against the
fairness to the rest of the shops.

This policy can also be found within the 'Merchant Directories', located
at Centre Crossing and Before the Imperial Plaza here in Cyrene.
