Well I ask for a letter because I'm always so busy.

Ratting twelve days out of the week.
Working on an entertainment show here and there.
Chasing after fugitives from the fashion police.
Making fun of those who ask for it so vehemently and vocally.
Using big words.
Combatting the machinations of Greyface.
Making regular donations to the Funny Farm.

Very tiring work.

And I happen to have a lot of needs. Would you happen to have a six
colored polka-dotted pony? A cure for Tiax's plipitus?

A permit waiving the law of No Littering within your city?

...somehow I doubt it. So, we'll stick with the letter for now.
