Indeed I have become a friend of the Vertani. For too long the people
have sat back in distrust and paranoia, I have decided that this is not
the way to act. Was not at some time the Arcanians not from Sapience yet
they bred a new race? Are not the Horkvali rumored to not be of this
plane? Many will now probably see me as a traitor of Sapience, those who
do not possibly understand or do not wish to understand.


I know that there are many there who are sympathetic of the Vertani, I
also know that there are some who wish to see them destroyed. I may not
be the oldest or wisest man. But I do believe that everyone deserves a
chance. And the Vertani are no diffrent. They have a force that could
easily crush Cities very quickly. And at the moment they are at war with
Ashtan and Mhaldor.


Yet do these cities not yet stand? Hingar has clearly expressed that his
people do not wish to remain in a perpetual war. I also believe that at
least Ashtan are open minded and have a variety of enlightened people.
So I wish that Ashtan would at least try to seek peace just as at past
times it did with Shallam even though both Cities do not agree in
everything. Mhaldor I do not know what to possibly say about you. I have
mixxed opinions about your people. Some are willing to seek bloodshed
others seek to follow the Seven Truths.


Maybe I do not agree with none of your views Mhaldor but I am certain
that your people do not wish to be in a state of perpetual war either. I
am also aware that some in Mhaldor uphold honor, although in their way.
So I also ask of Mhaldor can they not seek peace and to stop this war?


I hope that my actions may prove to bring peace between my people and
the Vertani. may you all walk in Light Sapience. Ixidor Shu'in-Crassius.
P.S I am aware that some may see me as an enemy for this. But I stand by
resolute to my ideals and opinion. I believe everyone has the
possibility of doing good. And I believe that the Vertani may prove to
be Sapience newest budding race much like The Arcanians did at one time.
I would also like to add if the Vertani seeked Conquest I believe they
would have done so a long time ago.
