And just to add some more weight to my argument, according to the
victims, Halios and Proficy both were picking up the items that were
dropped. I'd say this would null Halios' argument that he was just
taking a PK whilst Proficy happened to be robbing them at the same time,
thereby having nothing to do with each others actions. Once again
consider this and decide for yourself.
