Ariel,

Those that killed your villagers have been removed from us for working
counter to the will of the city-state, just as before. As stated, we
have voted and will consider Thera citizens of the bastion during our
negotiations and further should those negotiations continue in the
positive direction. Given the current state of the realms hopefully the
troubles between Ashtan and Thera will be resolved quickly so that the
alliance between the two can be formed and act as a foundation for
further ties to strengthen both of us. Until we speak again.
